Not sure about deeper/more complex problems that would need to be fixed like in the previous review, but these guys replaced my broken macbook pro screen in a matter of hours for half the price that the apple service center was going to charge me (although there was a bit of delay in timing it was just by a couple of hours). I was worried before coming in that most of the reviews are fake like many businesses on here, but this one for sure is not! Made my business trip to India much less of a challenge when I was faced with an unexpected circumstance that resulted in a cracked screen. Hint: One way to check for fake reviews is...do most of the people posting only have one review? If so, that is weird. If you are a reviewer - chances are that you have left at least one review before and that not EVERYONE will decide to leave their first/only review for one place that they 'loved' ~ Mariam A
